Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

The final balance must be paid before the item is shipped.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
